Optical Design
We design your optics according to your requirements, work out the series production capability based on tolerance analyses and support you in the selection and support of suppliers. It does not matter whether it is a matter of individual pieces made of special glass or mass production of injection moulded optics made of polymers.
The designs are created using our own licences and extended macros from the Lighttools and OpticStudio® (ZEMAX) programs:
- Imaging systems (sequential raytracing)
- Non-imaging or illuminating systems (non-sequential raytracing) incl. scattered light analyses

- Cost breakdown based on existing and/or system components to be developed

- Development and procurement of the components
- Compilation and configuration of the system tailored to your task
